In 1870 a few folks opened a bathing beach, boat dock, and dance hall on Lake Erie. The purpose? Fun.
Those ventures in fun were the birth of today’s Cedar Fair, now a world-class purveyor of fun as owner and operator of 11 regional amusement parks, four water parks, two sports destinations, more than 2,300 overnight accommodations, and dozens of restaurants. In addition to delivering fun, we seek to be community partners of choice by extending meaningful education and employment opportunities to more than 40,000 people at more than two dozen locations.

FOOD
We love funnel cakes as much as the next person. But there’s so much more to the food at Cedar Fair. Executive chefs at every property raise the bar on theme park food with healthy options like salads and fresh fruit, homestyle favorites like pulled pork and rotisserie chicken, and gluten-free fare. For the adults, enjoying a craft beer or signature cocktail while listening to music outside on the patio can make the day complete.

When Cedar Fair partners with select brands that hold intellectual property (IP) that fits with our brand, everyone wins.
